KindNEST Charitable Giving: How The Nest Schools in Denver Are Making a Difference Through Local Giving

At The Nest Schools, kindness isn’t just a core value, it’s a way of life. And across the Denver metro area, that commitment is taking shape in a powerful way through our KindNEST Charitable Giving Program.

For 2025, each of our five Denver-area schools has selected a local nonprofit organization to support—not just with a financial gift, but through hands-on community service, classroom connections, and family involvement. With an initial donation of $2,500 to each organization, plus planned volunteer efforts and educational experiences, our students are learning that even the smallest act of kindness can ripple out and make a real impact.

“At The Nest, kindness is more than a core value—it’s our most important lesson to your children. Through KindNEST, we help children understand the importance of community, empathy, and generosity in ways that are developmentally meaningful and deeply rewarding for everyone involved.”

Meet Our 2025 Colorado KindNEST Partners

"Maureen and her staff have been wonderful partners of Excalibur Outreach over the years, allowing us to reach a new and contributing audience in the Broomfield community! We value our partnership with The Nest Schools, and hope to expand on that partnership in the future."

Building Community, One Act of Kindness at a Time

Through classroom activities, donation drives, volunteer events, and more, KindNEST Charitable Giving is helping children see that compassion isn’t just a big word, it’s something we can live out every day. Whether they’re packing a backpack with food, petting a visiting pup, or learning about people in need, our students are building empathy, curiosity, and a sense of responsibility to the world around them.

At The Nest Schools, we believe that these experiences lay the foundation for a lifetime of caring. And we’re so proud of our Denver schools for leading the way in making kindness not just something we talk about, but something we do, together.
